Objective: 

This course will enable the students to -

  • Understand and produce a minor research study.

  1. To give an exposure of research to candidates, dissertation has been introduced in semester IV.
  2. Students will understand the research process and report writing.
  3. Students will be acquainted with the research elements.
  4. Students will understand the practical issues faced while conducting the researches.

Candidate is required to carry out minor research project on any topic of choice (preferably review article) under the supervision of an allotted guide or faculty. The students will also have an option to carry out project in Media House/Industry during semester break and submit the final project report along with the certificate from the authorized signatory of the Media House/Industry to the department for evaluation.

 

The marking scheme of dissertation is as follows:
