Presenting slide shows on  the Importance, Role and Functions of PR.  Assignments on the usage of tools of Public Relations.

 

Unit II                                                                                     20 hrs

PR Campaign-planning, execution, evaluation . Presenting slide show on PR and Crisis Management.

 

Unit III                                                                                    20 hrs

Publications –Developing Press Releases and detailed reports  for variety of events .

Preparing a House Journal.

 

Unit IV                                                                                    15 hrs

Case studies (public and private ventures ) Visiting PR Agencies.

 

Unit V                                                                                     15 hrs

Organising a Moot Press Conference.

 

Examination Scheme and Distribution of Marks for Semester End Examination.

The students will be given at least one written and one practical exercise to be performed. Students will be examined on their performance.

Marks will be given on the basis of  the file and soft copy of assignments prepared by the students during the semester.
