Objective: 

This course will enable the students to -

  • Understand the process of gathering information and writing news.
  • Understand the fundamentals of beat reporting. 
  • Understand the process of feature writing and its types.

2. Students will get the knowledge of the theory, methods, and practice of gathering information and writing news. 

3. Students would be able to have an understanding of beat reporting and development issues.
