Objective: 

This course will enable the students to -

  • Understand the functioning of a Radio station.
  • Understand Radio as a medium and know various career options in Radio. 
  • Understand the types of studio and setup required for Radio broadcasting.

Learning Outcome:

1. Students will be able to work in the broadcast world by learning audio skills, formats and techniques and identify and develop their individual talent/skills while recognizing the importance of working together as a team

2. Students will learn professional audio production values and techniques and distinguish between good and bad production techniques. 

3. Students will acquire a basic functional knowledge of professional audio equipment and software.

4. Students will be able to undertake radio programme production in different formats.
