This course will enable the students to -

  1. Understand the basics and types of research.
  2. Understand the basics of media and social science research.
  3. Understand the interrelations between elements and application of SPSS software.

Synopsis

CO 115. To give an exposure of research to candidates, dissertation has been introduced in semester V.

CO 116. Candidate is required to carry out minor research project on any topic of choice (preferably review article) under the supervision of an allotted guide or faculty.

CO 117. The students will also have an option to carry out project in Media House/Industry during semester break and submit the final project report along with the certificate from the authorized signatory of the Media House/Industry to the department for evaluation.
