Mr. Naveen Jain explained about the importance of crisis communication especially in today's time of corona crisis. He discussed various measures regarding crisis communication and also taught students how to do it more profoundly. He explained the importance of crisis communication during a pandemic like CoronaVirus. He emphasized the need to stop fake news' during the crisis.

He mentioned the modern and creative ways they are using to combat this situation and creating awareness among people. Recreating famous movies' dialogues like "Tussi bahar ja re ho.. Tussi na jao" (DDLJ), "Anjali tum Mae bahar niklu ye ho no skta or tum bhar nikal jao esa m hone ni dunga" (Dhadkan) and many other such dialogues.
