The two days fest widely covered the events like Ad-Mad, MediaQuiz, Photography, FilmFestival, Toggle, RJ hunt and Budding Journalist and saw an active participation from the different colleges and universities of Rajasthan.
       
Mr. Rahat Kazmi, a young dynamic personality, a popular writer and a renowned film producer inspired and enlightened the participants with his words of wisdom. Dr. Rakhi Gupta, the Rector and the Registrar, the IIS University, presented a memento as a token of gratitude and remembrance to the chief guest Mr.Kazmi.

 
AD-MAD
    
   
National head, Mentoring, Rajasthan Patrika. The participants presented advertisements on the chosen product given to them on the spot and were evaluated on the basis of creativity and the way of expression. The event was judged by Mr Arvind Kalia. The first and the third position went to The IIS University whereas second position holder was from the University of Rajasthan.
Brainstorming-Media Quiz
 
The event was well structured and prepared in five rounds and segments. The judgment was being done on the basis of spontaneity and intelligence.Amity University, Jaipur bagged the first prize, where as Rajasthan University and Xavier’s College bagged second and third positions respectively. Dr. Shilpi Rijhwani, Associate Professor, Department of Botany,was the judge for the event. The quiz was conducted by Bhavika Shekhawat and Sukhpal kaur , students from BJMC.  The guest of honour ,Mr. Rahat Kazmi awarded the prizes to the winners.

The next and last event on the line was Pixels-Photography Competition which was full of colours and saw keen participation from different universities of Rajasthan. The participants captured the perfect moment and successfully drew viewers with their picture perfect compositions. The themes of the composition  were “Beautiful Blur”, “Togetherness”, and “Childhood”. .Aastha Kalia of  The IIS University stood first, Bhanu Pratap Shekhawat of Manipal University stood second and Archit Jain of     Jaipur National University bagged the third position. The event was judged by ……..
Final Cut- Film Festival
The second day of the fest was filled with some more exciting events. The very first event of the  day was Final Cut- Film Festival that provided an excellent platform to the young film makers. A good number of  films were showcased by  the young , energetic, creative and  aspiring directors from various colleges and universities of Rajasthan in two categories- Documentary and Fiction.   and Pallavi from Amity University, Jaipur won the third prize. In the documentary category, Asish Khanna from Jaipur National University won the first position, Nandini from  The IIS University bagged second and Anirudh Chaturvedi from Jaipur National University won the third prize. The next event in the row was Toggle- Black and White……

 First round was the introductory round where students introduced themselves to the Judges. Second round was the “On the Spot RJ” round where students presented their views on the given topic .The event was judged by the Ms. Vidhi from My FM and RJ Mr. Vikas from Radio Mirchi, the famous RJs of Jaipur.The winner of the first position was Saksham Teri from Amity University, Jaipur. Ram Govind Yadav from University of  Rajasthan  secured second position and Riddhi Tiwari of The IIS University bagged the third position.
Budding Journalist-Journalistic

 
 The event was judged by Mr. Shoaib Khan from the Times of India, Jaipur and Ms. Swati Vashist, Bureau Chief, CNN IBN, Jaipur.
Over 30 participants showcased their reporting and news reading skills in the event. The first and third prizes were bagged by the students of The IIS University and the second award Went to Ashish from the Amity University, Jaipur.
The fest came to a close with a wide array of events that offered the students to exhibit their innate capabilities in unbound measures. Moreover the two days fest was a successful, interesting and fun filled occasion that attracted wholehearted participation of the young media enthusiasts.
