CO139: Explore the concepts of management, along with the functions, principles, roles, and skills of a manager across different levels of management.

CO140: Compare and contrast the schools of thought in management, and emphasising their contributions and implications for organisational practices

CO141: Analyse the concepts MBO and MBE, alongside evaluating decision making processes

CO142: Develop an understanding of organisational concepts including authority, responsibility, delegation, centralisation, decentralisation, and span of control, alongside evaluating various organisational structures.

CO143: Integrate conceptual understanding and practical application to analyse the nature, types, processes, and techniques of organisational control alongside examining change management.

CO144: Contribute effectively in course-specific interaction.
